Seattle, Wash. – March 25, 2009 – Red Juggernaut announced today that they are developing their fantasy setting, the World of Terris, as a role-playing game using Pinnacle Entertainment's Savage Worlds game system.

“We're very excited to be able to bring the World of Terris to role-playing. And even more excited to be able to use the Savage Worlds system,” said Executive Vice-President Jon Leitheusser. “Our setting and the system's game mechanics are perfect for one another. The World of Terris is full of adventure and Savage Worlds lets players explore that world and get into the action quickly and easily."

“I'm happy to have Red Juggernaut join the growing list of companies supporting Savage Worlds,” said Pinnacle president Shane Hensley. “The work they've done on their setting is impressive and I think players will be interested in seeing their take on fantasy.”

Red Juggernaut has posted a handful of monsters from the World of Terris on their Web site (www.redjuggernaut.com) for Savage Worlds players to download and use in their games. More samples from the game will be released over the coming months at the Web site.

Red Juggernaut introduced Battue: Storm of the Horse Lords at GenCon 2007. It’s the first in a line of games all from their World of Terris setting. The first expansion, Battue: Walls of Tarsos, came out in 2008. The Red Juggernaut team has won multiple awards, including several prestigious Origins Awards, for game design and authorship in the past.
