Battue: Walls of Tarsos Promotion in Scrye Magazine

Player Support for Battue Continues

            Seattle, Wash.  – February 15, 2008 – Red Juggernaut announced today that they are working on a new promotion with Scrye Magazine. Every copy of Scrye #119 includes an exclusive “Slaver’s Den” city tile for use with Battue: Storm of the Horse Lords.

            “This is a great way for players to see the game’s high quality and give them a new tile for their Battue games,” said Executive Vice-President Jon Leitheusser. “The tile features a new icon from Battue’s first expansion, Walls of Tarsos. With this piece players can try out the new tile and get a great taste of things to come.”

            “It’s great to be working with the folks at Scrye,” said company president Jim Long. “They’re a cornerstone of the adventure game industry and we’re excited to expose their readers to Battue.” Pick up the issue when it hits store shelves the first week of March.

            Red Juggernaut introduced Battue: Storm of the Horse Lords at GenCon 2007. It’s the first in a line of games all from their World of Terris setting. The first expansion, Battue: Walls of Tarsos, releases later this month. The Red Juggernaut team has won multiple awards, including several prestigious Origins Awards, for game design and authorship in the past.
